Mahogany Early Empire Sofa, Incredible Styling, Completely taken apart, tightened and reupholstered in a period style fabric. This beauty is most likely around 200 years old! When taken apart the original stuffing was straw! then sometime later Horsehair was added, the fabric we removed was probably 100 years old…..Certainly we are happy to save its life! Good now for the next 200 years! Very Ornate Serpentine front, most are straight across It is actually quite comfortable as well. Perfect accent for a formal parlor or bedroom. Restored to perfection!
