Massive R J Horner Highly Carved Buffet, One of the finest found! Egyptian Scene Carved into the Back, probably indicating a memorable trip to Egypt visiting the pyramids by a wealthy family having this beautiful buffet made to commemorate the trip. The only other one seen like this had a beveled mirror in place of the Carved Pyramid Scene. Truly an exceptional piece! Original finish that has been cleaned and sealed and in excellent condition. Circa 1890’s
