No chips or cracks, no Crazing. Very slight rubbing to the gold rim edge. Vivid colors! Wileman & Co. Stock on Trent, England was established in 1872, becoming Shelley in 1925. Recognized for fine china for over a century! Marked with a #4623 and the RD 153594 on the back, indicating blank and the pattern I believe
