Description
Victorian Ornate Footstool, a little larger style, Walnut Frame, is in original finish, just cleaned and polished and tightened. Nice Carvings on the waist all around and on the knees fading into soft Cabriole Legs. The Needlepoint is old, not sure if it is original, but in fair condition. My opinion in the right setting totally presentable…..but the padding is condensed. Someone added a support under the webbing, which isn’t a bad idea if people want to sit on it. We can recover it with your choice of fabric and rebuild the padding, if so desired. One of my favorites! Probably a little older than the 1880’s.
